Protea Heights Nyanga Retreat is a 4 bedroomed house in a peaceful, low-density suburb in Nyanga, Zimbabwe. All bedrooms have ensuite. Water supply is guaranteed and electricity is complemented by a solar system and gas stove. Free wifi and DSTV. There is a wood burner for heating. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Laundry can be done at an extra affordable cost. Relax and recharge your batteries by enjoying what this house offers or do day trips to Mutarazi Falls, world view, Ziwa ruins and national park.

Bepe park is one of the more affluent, low density, peaceful and tranquil suburbs of the resort town of Nyanga. The property is completely fenced for privacy.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house except for the car garage.
Other things to note
A caretaker resides on the property to attend to guests needs like firewood and also to keep the property safe. Pet(s) live on property — Dogs and cat but they will be locked away by caretaker when guests are around.

Self-catering kitchen

The adequate kitchen comes with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk. There is a dishwasher, rice cooker, gas-cooker as well as induction stove-top, oven, microwave, fridge and kettle for your use.
Garden
2000 square metre section with manicured gardens for children to run around. Clear views of Nyanga mountains. Our friendly groundskeeper maintains the lush garden and lives in a cottage on-site for safety and maintenance.
Eco-Friendly Power and Clean Tap Water
The house comes equipped with solar power as well as ZESA. Our water tank means that the house is always equipped with clean running water.
Free Wifi
Unlimited free wifi is available for guests as well as DSTV.
On-Call Housekeeper
Cecilia, the ever-smiling host is available to offer help throughout the guests' stay at an extra cost. Cecilia is just a call or text away and speaks both Shona and English.

There is no car access to the garage but there is plenty of free off-street parking on the property.

All damages should be reported to host before check out, some damages may attract a fee.
Only checked-in guests may sleep-over night.
To avoid washing of linen and cleaning, please remain in the bedrooms you choose at check in and leave the unoccupied bedrooms undisturbed.

What is the booking price?
$150 USD per night, extra costs may arise for daily cleaning and washing by our housekeeper. Long stays (over 7 nights) are discounted.

Can more than 8 guests stay?
Yes, we prefer that only 8 guests stay but we can make arrangements for more guests. This will attract an extra cost on the booking fee.

Does house accommodate for long stays?
We prefer shorter stays but long stays can be negotiated. Maintenance fees may apply.
What activities are available around the area?
Guests may prefer to kick back at the house and enjoy watching TV, playing sport in the garden, and taking in the mountain views. For those who prefer to go out, there are many sight-seeing opportunities in the near-by Nyanga area such as Mutarazi Falls, world view, Ziwa ruins and national park.

Is catering available?
No, but the kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the pantry and fridge provide space to store food.
